Jeff is a life-long resident and former K-12 student of the Wall Township Public School System. He has a daughter who attended Primary, Central and is now at Wall Intermediate School. Jeff has had many different roles in law enforcement and education and now serves as a forensic expert in civil and criminal cases.  He holds a masters degree in public administration and is currently working toward a graduate degree in Special Ed.  

As a parent of a special needs child, Jeff wishes to be a resource to parents, assisting them in navigating the world of special education.
