    Making up Missed Work

    It is the student's responsibility to make up all work missed when they return to school. Students will be allowed a reasonable amount of time, at least one day for each day of absence, as determined by the teacher to make up for missed work. Classwork/homework that is not made up will be graded accordingly.

    50% - Tests, formal writing pieces, Quarterly Assessment

    30% - Quizzes, smaller writing tasks, assignments, projects

    20% - Independent work, group work, participation, homework.
