    • Phase 2: HS and WIS Art/Tech Classrooms: June 16, 2025 to August 29, 2025
    • Construction Update:
      • Contract has been executed and Bonds and Insurance are approved.
      • Spiezle issued Notice to Proceed to Bennett on October 23, 2024
      • Permit Drawings are completed and ready for pick up by contractor. 

    HVAC Upgrades at Allenwood ES, Old Mill ES and West Belmar ES

    • Project Awarded to Kappa Construction
    • Construction: June 2025 – August 2025
      • Phase 1: West Belmar Electrical Feeds: July 2024 – In coordination with Catel Inc.
      • Phase 2: Boiler Work: June 1, 2025 to September 27, 2025
      • Phase 3: Balance of Work: June 16, 2025 to August 29, 2025
    •  Construction Update:
      • Phase 1 work is complete.
      • Due to refrigerant phase out units were shipped earlier than anticipated.
        • PCO not submitted yet for UV double handling 

    HVAC Upgrades at Wall IS, Central ES and Wall High School 

    • Project Awarded to Preferred Mechanical
    • Construction: June 2025 – August 2025
      • Phase 1: Central School Boilers – June 2, 2025 to September 26, 2025
      • Phase 2: Balance of Work – June 16, 2025 to August 29, 2025
    • Construction Update:
      • Spiezle has received Bonds and Insurance from Preferred, currently in review.
      • Once Bonds and Insurance are approved and contract is executed Spiezle shall issued Notice to Proceed.
      • Permit Drawings are completed and ready for pick up by contractor. 

    Roofing Replacement at Multiple Schools 

    • Project awarded to Pravco Inc.
    • Substantial Completion Date: August 30, 2024
    • Construction update
      • Work is substantially complete and Spiezle has issued punch lists for the work.
      • Tremco issued their final punch list items on October 22, 2024.
      • Final Punch list verification is tentatively scheduled for the week of November 11 

    Athletic Field Upgrades at Wall High School

    • Bidding: February 2025
    • Award: February/March 2025
    • Construction: Summer 2025 to Fall 2025
    • Status Update:
      • FPA to send Spiezle schematic design documents with revised cost estimates on November 8, 2024.
      • Spiezle to set up a meeting with FPA and District to discuss revised drawings and cost estimate during the week of November 11. 

    Roofing Replacement at Wall HS and Old Mill ES

    • Construction: June 2026 – August 2026
